Mike Connors focuses on land use, real estate development and commercial real estate transactions. He represents real estate developers with obtaining land use permits and negotiating agreements with governmental authorities for commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects. Mike also assists landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating retail, office and warehouse leases. He represents clients before the Land Use Board of Appeals, the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court. Marcus Eyth advises and represents foreign and U.S. companies on all aspects of construction and government procurement contracting, commercial transactions and litigation matters.
