Lloyd Chee, Associate, Seattle, WA

Lloyd Chee concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on sustainable practices within the commercial real estate industry. Lloyd has been designated as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC). As a LEED AP, Lloyd advises clients on all aspects of sustainable real estate, including LEED certification of new and existing commercial real estate projects, green leasing and sustainable maintenance and operation of commercial properties. On behalf of tenants and landlords, he has negotiated leases that total more than one million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. Marco de Sa e Silva focuses on real estate transactions and land use planning. He handles condominium conversions, large purchases and sales, and commercial and residential development projects. He helps clients resolve ownership and use issues and create easements, covenants, leases and licenses. Marco’s land use planning background includes frequent representation before government agencies and extensive work in acquisition and finance due diligence, development agreements and permitting. He has represented clients in land use hearings before state and municipal agencies throughout the Northwest.
 

Clayton Graham, Associate, Seattle, WA

Clayton Graham focuses on the areas of land use planning and real estate transactions. Clayton advises clients on permitting and land use issues issues under state and local regulations, including local zoning codes, historic preservation laws, the Shoreline Management Act, the Growth Management Act, and the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and represents clients in administrative and judicial appeals of land use decisions. Jim Greenfield, Partner, Seattle, WA

Jim Greenfield primarily assists clients with large, complex public infrastructure projects. He helps public, private and nonprofit clients with real estate and development transactions; land transactions with or on behalf of public agencies by negotiation or eminent domain; and public relocation assistance for businesses and residences, including land use matters and administrative proceedings. He also has substantial experience in resource land conservation, historic preservation and landmark designation, telecommunications, municipal law, government relations, and sports law. Jim's client roster includes public agencies, private companies, property owners and corporations.
 

Jayanne Hino, Partner, Seattle, WA

Jayanne Hino focuses on the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of multifamily, office, industrial and mixed-use commercial real estate, and on related land-use and environmental issues. John Parnass, Partner, Seattle, WA

John Parnass practice focuses exclusively on construction law, and is split equally between disputes and transactions to provide clients unified counsel. He handles transactions and cases for clients ranging from regional transit agencies and sports franchises to general contractors and engineers. John negotiates and drafts all types of industry contracts, including preconstruction agreements, design service agreements, design/build agreements, GC/CM agreements, insurance coverage, trade contractor agreement (where owner acts as its own general contractor), and crane easement agreements. John has handled over 50 arbitrations and trials and has argued cases in the Washington State Supreme Court and all Washington Courts of Appeal.
